How to Add a Property to the Synced Listings Dashboard
Managing addresses in your platform is essential for a smooth utility set-up process. Whether your addresses sync automatically or were uploaded during onboarding, we’ve made it simple to ensure everything is in one place.
Here’s how addresses are added to your synced listings dashboard and what to do if you need to add an unlisted address for utility activation.
Step 1: Login and Navigate to the Synced Listings Dashboard
Log in and scroll down to the "Synced Listings" section in your platform.
Step 2: Confirm You Need to Add the Address
Using the "Search Address" tool take a quick look for the address to ensure you are not adding a duplicate.
Step 3: Click + Add Address
If you do not see the address when you search, click on the "+ Add Address" button and enter the address. Select the address from the available drop down.
Pro-Tips:
Unit number needs to be added to the "Unit Number" field
Addresses are verified by Google (This can cause variations in the address)
Then click "Submit".
