How to Delete a Utility Activation

Sometimes, we prepare the home for move-in and go through the move-in process to then discover the tenant has decided not to move forward with the home.


Our platform makes it easy to stop a utility set-up from notifying the renter to set up their utilities by allowing you to delete the utility activation. Follow the simple steps below to stop notifications for a renter that has decided not to move forward.


Step 1: Login and Navigate to the Utility Activations Section

Step 2: Select the Activation to Delete

From your list of activations, select the activation that needs to be deleted.

Step 3: Click Delete Utility Activation

Once you have selected the activation that needs to be deleted, scroll down to see the "Delete Utility Activation" button. You will be prompted to enter a reason to delete.

Step 4: Enter the Reason and Click "Archive"

Once you enter the reason and click "Archive", rest easy knowing that the renter will not receive further notifications to set up utilities. The next renter that comes will not be blocked by this activation.
